Instant searching program for Win XP...

I have vista and love using the built in instant search box to display files on my PC but years ago i used to use Copper Nic desktop search...

So what is the "best" instant searching program around now?

(This is for my bro with win XP)

I'm not sure... I make a text listing myself, then use notepad++ to search thru it....
