Bit different with a car since you can drive unaccompanied after you have passed your test.

That is the problem of living in central London and parking on the street

I even checked the price on the 650 model, on a hornet 600 and the prices are around the same.

PS.: and it is not even full comprehensive, it is Third part, fire and theft..

Hate to say it, but if you want lower insurance, move out of London. It'll only ever get worse.
