02 plate LX, 40K miles, 1.6, 'climate control' (not actually sure about this - does have aircon but I think climate control is more than this - wasn't fussed anyway) FSH, just serviced, just MOTd, 4 new branded tyres, new brake discs etc. One small chip in NS rear alloy, otherwise flawless exterior.

Going from parkers I have paid a couple of hundred more than I should have if going private, but a couple of hundred less than they said a franchised dealer would be charging. Overall I'm happy with the deal I got. Only time will tell whether it has been a good move or not. Gives me a lot of freedom this summer, and to me that is priceless.

I got finance at the first attempt at 5.75% (only 1.25% above the risk free rate (again, you might need to look this up)).

Not needed. Again, if your syntax had had less of a primary school feel to it, confusion would have been alleviated.
