Evening all, I'm after some advice...
Several years back myself and wife bought a house and because we worked in the same area, car shared so sold her car. I put her onto my insurance as a named driver and its been that way ever since and I've built up 15yrs no claims discount.
Couple of years back, I got a company car through work which was on the companies insurance so whilst I've been driving this, I've kept myself and wife on our cars insurance as she'll use it during the week and then I'll drive it for holidays and weekends etc.
Now my company car is due to go back in September so I'll be getting my own car again which won't be on the companies insurance.
Question is, can I use my no claims discount over two cars? Can I be insured on both? What would be the best way of getting the cheapest insurance option as aware that she has now (I presume) lost her no claims discount from when she had her car several years ago
And just to throw it into the mix, the insurance renewal for our family car which we're both insured on, is due at the start of February
Thanks all in advance
