After getting loads of interest in the 'teg somebody came and took her away last night. I was sad to see it go, but also in a way I was happy because the car had become a bit of a thorn in my side if I'm honest.
Anyway, as you'll have noticed from various threads I've posted, I have been looking to import something myself, and had seen various cars that I liked, but then I though I would have a look round and see just what I can get for my money that are already over here. After some browsing, something cought my eye, it looked really nice so I decided to take a look at it. Long story short, I really liked it and put down a deposit, I'l be picking it up next week.
So what is it? Well, it'll probably be a surprise to some considering what I've said about them before.......
Ok ok, I know what you are all thinking, I've been known to say things like this about them...
...or something. But meh, I really liked the look of this one, and they are actually pretty damn good cars if you ignore the whole OMG SKYLINE thing. This one really is in fantastic condition, and has a great spec:
Japspeed 1 Piece Turbo Downpipe
Japspeed Front Mount Intercooler
Nismo De-cat
OS GIKEN clutch
Apex Performace cat back Exhaust (From Their own Demo R33 GTS)
NGK Iriduim Plugs
Apexi Induction Kit
Uprated Injectors
Uprated Ful Pump
Painted Engine Covers
Red Hose Kit
Shiny Chrome Pieces
Forge Dumpvalve
GReddy Profec E-01 boost controller
Custom Rising Sun Performance mapped ECU, first in the UK to have this particular ECU and Rising sun have just started selling them on the results of this car.
It was dyno'd at 319bhp.
Jun Front Bumper
Nismo Suspension
18" Wolfrace Sharks only 3 months old!
Rear LED SKYLINE Panel
Front Drilled and grooved Discs with Uprated Pads
Carbon Fibre Grill
Carbon Fibre Bonnet
Carbon fibre NISMO bonnet lip
HID Headlights
EBC Yellow stuff pads and uprated discs.
Loads of reciepts, recent cambelt service.
From the shortish test drive I had it was a really nice drive, pretty damn quick with a nice linear power delievery, and doesn't seem to handle to badly either, though obviously nothing compared to the limpet-like Integra.
like I said, the car is in supurb condition, the only real downside in the fact that it's wearing some of Fullrun's finest ditchfinders, they were part of a package with the wheels. They'll be changed when funds allow.
Overall depsite what I've said in the past I can't wait to pick it up, it was a bit of an impulse buy and I really didn't expect to see myself in one, but I'm really happy with it
