Intel 520. any good?

I think im going to do a raid0 setup using 2 x 128gb ssd. Im not 100% sure what 2 drives to go for as yet.
I have checked out some benchmarks which I know dont mean to much and im thnking on getting the intel 520 drives...I have used intel ssd before and there flawless or were before.

The fact there sandforce is putting me of but they have a 5 year guarentee so cant be bad! Can they?
I have looked at the samsung 830 and the vertex 4 also but for reliability think intel. I currently have a M4 128gb

any advice would be welcome.

Bought the 520 120gb earlier this year, no problems rock solid performance. Also running on SATA 2 as its backwards compatible

Well there in and they are rapid.

Not really any faster to boot but transfering files is just silly ;-)
