hi all just wandering if anyone knows if there would be much of a performance boost going from 2 intel drives to 3, as im now running out of space on my windows install drive, so wondered if i simply added a third drive would i see much difference in performance, any help would be appreciated.

Sequential and large queue depth performance would see a boost - but you're starting to come up against the limits of on-board controller throughput, which top out around 600MB/s, so you won't get the full near-linear scaling that you might expect from a third drive.
