Intel Bad Axe Owners Please Help!!

Does anyone know how to get rid of that Unknown Device in the DeviceManager. Running latest Intel bios, Windows MCE, and from what I have read on the web it's to do with Intel Viv/Quick Resume. Downloaded both from Intels site and when I try to install Viv it tells me my motherboard is not supported. When I try to install Quick Resume it tells me the same thing. I also have Quick Resume enabled in the bios. Looked at the CD that came with the Bad Axe and there is nothing there. This should not be happening as I have all Windows MCE udpates applied and Intel Viv/Resume is geared at this. Also my board is Rev 306.

By the way I also installed the Intel Desktop Control Center, and Intel Desktop Utilities. Both of those installed an SMBios driver but unknown device still remains.

Anyone ?

just disabled that pants intel resume stuff in bios and the unknown device went away. obviously viv/quick resume is not supported on this board with current bios / drivers.
