Intel Celeron dual core T3100

its for my wifes parents so just email, web browsing and typing the basic letter and printing the odd photo, nothing special like gaming or video editing. their hard drive has failed on their desktop so they want to go to something smaller. they are running a pentium 4 3GHz Single Core with SD Ram at the moment, but being XP its hard to compair spec for spec against windows 7.
