I just had an experimental go with installing a Freezer 7 Pro on a DS3 with one hand. It was massively easy with the mobo out of the case. It took less than 10 seconds; line up holes and push down four black tabs. I think you'll be fine.

Reason I said one handed is because I might need to be holding some form of lighting, though I forgot I have a headlamp now.

Bits arriving tomorrow, probably won't have time for a play until next week though.

Me, I'd go with a bigger cooler- they're not expensive after all. The Freezer 7's superb value, but something like a TT, Vanessa-L or similiar will keep a standard clocked chip cool without even trying. Just cuts down the noise still further.
