I installed the Intel Desktop Utilities Program and it is telling me that my +12v is running at 5.125v and also my +5v is running at 1.511v.
I looked around the internet and found many forums mentioned that this means the PSU is about to die.

My System is...
Intel Skulltrail i5400 Express Motherboard
2x Intel Xeon E5472 3GHz Quad Core Processors 12288KB L2 Cache.
2x Zalman 9700 LED CPU Fans
2x nVidia XFX GTX280 1Gb PCI Express
4x 2GB Corsair DDR2 800MHz RAM
1x SATA Western Digital Velocoraptor 300Gb 3.5" HDD's
2x SATA Int Cuda 5009.12 - 2TB HDD's
Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro 1200W PSU
(Which has now become a Thermaltake Toughpower 1500w)
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit + All available updates.
19" AG Neovo Monitor
DVD RAM Drive
DVD Sata Drive

I then installed a new PSU which has 2x P8 Cables (rather than the 1xP8 that the Be Quiet PSU had as I figured that the motherboard might be being underpowered) and I'm still getting the same thing happen.
Then I found another site that said the program was not meant for 64bit machines (which mine is).
My PC seems to be fine and nothing is crashing or failing to start but I would have thought a program by Intel for Intel products would work, unless of course it realy wasn't designed for 64bit OS's (which seams crazy as there are so many around now) and I have upgraded my PSU for nothing more than an extra P8 cable. Argh!
Can anyone tell me which it is for sure?

I'm sure your power supply is fine. Never trust the voltage readings of a program. The only accurate way to get readings is to take them using a multimeter. If you have any doubts about the voltages from your power supply, then use a multimeter.

It's very likely reporting the values into the wrong labels. A common issue with these type of apps. Your machine is probably fine.

Try another monitoring app if it concerns you, or check the bios directly.
