Intel Dual Core mobo

Simple question, which mobo to go with the £80 Dual core Intel processor for folding.. I'm interested to see what I can get out of it .

IDEALLY would like :-
AGP/build in graphics.
DDR
Reasonable overclock support.

Reading the thread in CPU section about this CPU and mobo's for it but it got very confusing so thought I'd start a thread specifically for this.

Budget is obviously as cheap as possible .

Doing some exploring seems DDR2 is unlikely. I have a spare PCI-E card, just seems 6600 is overkill on a folding box but wondered if :-

Asus P5LD2 Intel 945X (LGA775) PCI-Express Motherboard

was likely to be a decent choice and about the cheapest I'll get?
