What I find strange about the 1.325v is many of the later L2's seen on here had 1.325v which is above the Intel spec. The VID range is supposedly 1.162v to 1.312v as can be seen on the processor finder page.
If you've still got it in your main system it'd be good if you checked to see how high you can get the FSB with a lower multiplier.
