Intel i3 13600KF needing RMA'd. What are my options?

I was under the opinion that all 13th & 14th Gen had this voltage issue that caused overheating, hence me saying I've updated BIOS.

Some motherboards did dump too much voltage through the CPU on their default profiles, but I wouldn't say that overheating was the primary issue or primary symptom of this, more of a secondary consequence.

The Vmin shift (as Intel calls it) is more a generally elevated voltage that leads to degradation over time.

Intel supposedly extended RMA timeperiod available.

They did, 5 year for K/KF from 13th-14th gen.

The only other CPU possible was the 12600 or so and was wondering if that suffered from this issue too.

No. 12th gen CPUs don't have the problem.

Yes. Stuttering before quits out of Rocket League. Once or twice it's managed to stay in game but shows packet loss or some such error.
Never had a BSOD.

50c idle sounds high... what max temps do you hit in cinebench or gaming?

I'm idling about 31c hittin about 75c in cinebench r23... *Im running an undervolt, but still...

Is your cooler pump/fan working correctly?

Can you run HW monitor, and then run cinebench and check your stats? Here's mine for comparison:

Also, remember having the STATUS ACESS VIOLATION error many months ago

Eeek... your hitting 60c when only pulling 34w on the cpu, so basically idle?

Are you sure your cooler is fitted corretly and not faulty?

They are known to pack in occasionally.
