Hi I need a cpu cooler for my new Intel Intel Xeon E3-1230V3 Haswell 3.3GHz 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1150 80W Quad-Core Server Processor BX80646E31230V3.
I did buy one buy that was broken so I am going to return but so I want to know what the best and cheap collar that can keep my temps down but also i want a quite coller what do you recommend?
 
WELL £20 and members market? what's that?
I am looking for quite cpu coller and buget is £20.
I would like to quite cpu cooler?
Any suggesting?

Well to be honest the Xeon CPUs tend to run a fair bit cooler than their i7 counterpart. The stock cooler seems to be fine for most systems I have put together and they tend to be the 1270/80/85v3. Not ran into any problems at all so I would have thought one would be fine with a stock 1230v3. As a matter of fact I recon if you use a decent size heatsink the fan running at about 500rpm should be able to cool that fine.
 
I think I will go with Gelid Solutions Tranquillo Rev.2 Quiet CPU Cooler with PWM Fan as I here these are really quite heat coller and that you cant hear it and is silent so that's the one im going to buy.
 
Yes I agree you must be careful not to knock the case.

That said I have recently moved house and moved 3 computers all with i30's and they arrived all still attached!
