Intel Management Engine Interface (Code 10)

Randomly and suddenly having this issue;

That I cannot get rid of.

I have applied the latest and older ME drivers,

I have updated my chipset,

I have done a CMOS reset,

I have uninstalled/disabled the device in many different combinations with shut down and restarts.

Everything either results in the error above or the device just being an unknown "PCI simple communications device" (Code 22).

Anyone got any ideas?

Edit: I should mention, my motherboard is an asus progen3 z68 and I'm running windows 7.

Bit of a stab in the dark but you could pull the Hardware ID off and google it to see if anyone else has anything similar.

Only managed to fix it with a full re-install.

Getting Nvidia black screen of death instead now though.
