set the cpu multiplier to x40 then keep your vcore at stock and then do a stress test if it fails u will need to up the vcore a notch then test again. keep your eye on the temps also.
but tbh it should be stable on stock vcore for 4ghz
i7 950 @ 4.2Ghz @1.38v
i7 920 @ 4.2Ghz @1.35v
both 24/7 stable folding....
