INTEL OWNERS what cpu do you have and at what clock/vcore

Pretty decent. Small fft's on Prime I hit low 90's at 4.9 with 1.28V.

Mines a really good clocker, but the temps are not as nice as they could be I feel for the given voltage.

i7 920 DO @4.0ghz, 20x200 bclk, 1.321 vcore, highest stable clock was 4.2ghz at 21x200 same voltage. Ive had it just over three years now, ran at stock for 6 months but the rest of that time it's been at 4.0 or 4.2 with a few bclk and multi combinations.

It runs using offset so max v-core is 1.37, and i clock it to 4.5 with power savings on, Using a titan fenrir it runs so cool max 63c core, doesnt make my psu squeal and encoding which is moslty what i use my pc for it is just so much faster than my 4.2 2750nb x4 b55.

In gaming comparing the 2600k at 1920, there were some games that the intel played better and some games where there was little difference. This was using a 6950 1536 940/1375.

Since then a few more games have come about that make use of more cores etc, I'd like to buy an old am3 board and borrow my dads/ my old x4 b55. I'd like to see how bf3 runs at ultra with no aa vs my sandy bridge on multiplayer. I've heard the rumours but most people dont overclock the phenom II properly, they just run 18/20x200 and call it a day.

Anyway i'm no fan boy I buy for the best value, the x4 620 clocked was a massive leap from my e8400 for my purposes. The same for the 2600k vs the x4 b55.

I can tell you that bf3 on ultra with some AA on a phenom II x4 955BE @3.8ghz and NB at 2600mhz runs fine and smooth coupled with a gtx 680. It ran fine with a gtx 570 aswel.
 
How come this one is allowed to run on topic but AMD ones are not? ;) Typical.

Currently use T7500 and Atom N270 for my Intel CPUs.
Both of them do the job nicely. :)
 
i3 2100 @ 3.1Ghz as my signature says!

Hopefully I'll grab an i5 2500k or i5 3570k on my birthday in October from the other half, and stick the i3 into a HTPC build. :D

Oh yeah also have an Atom based netbook too! ;)

Thanks for your input was that multiplayer say caspian 64 player, and 1920x1080.

and just fxaa high. no msaa
 
i7 2600k @ 4.6Ghz day to day with 1.35v

and benchmarked @ 4.9Ghz with 1.37v

It could probably do more but my cooler is holding it back. :)
 
E8400 still chugging along at 3.8ghz on 1.25v :)

I was going to jump ship and hit the ivy bridge route but since upgrading to an SSD I'm very happy with the above for a bit longer!
