intel postville firmware update error

well i tried to update the firmware just a few minutes ago and got this screen before it proceed to the next screen where it asked me if i had read the readme file and willing to proceed with the flash , any ideas what these mean ?

i have already win7 installed

If you look on the cd you made there is a readme file , read it if you want. You have to enter y (enter) to procede with the update.
