What are your views on the Intel Smart Response Technology?

It is supposed to use a SSD as a buffer to your normal drive/array therefore making your normal drive faster.

So what is it all about?
Is it worth looking into?

I was thinking this would be good for users who like just one drive maybe with partitions.

I think the idea of it is your most used things are Put on the SSD to make them quicker, Anandtech did a review and it was almost as fast as a standalone Vertex3 :) But not in all aspects and in some it's regular HDD speed :D Nice concept though ;)

There is a review on anandtech thats worth a read, it basicly puts the programs you use more often on the ssd so that they load faster.

Edit: beaten to it, i blame having to refresh after time-out due to my works bad internet ;P
