Intel SSD Toolbox BSOD

hi, up until yesterday all was working spot on until starting Intel SSD Toolbox to instant BSOD, i have i think debugged the bsod and saved to desktop but how do i insert here for some 1 to read it and hopefully tell me whats the problem, oh by the way C: drive is intel 330 ssd 60gb i bought from overclockers, cheers
