Even if they did cut price a lot more, I would still go Ryzen. Really hate what they have done the past 6 years in this space.

I would love that, but I have no use for it at the moment so would be a waste of money. You upgrading to 16 cores soon? lolim not interested in anything below 12 core 24 thread...
Looking forward to testing my 6 core 12 thread Ryzen 3600. Want to see how much of an improvement over my 4770K it is on single core performance. I hope it at least matches it as I am on 4.7GHz. There are so many other small improvements on Ryzen anyways, so I ended up upgrading just to scratch an itch in the end as I doubt my games will benefit much or at all. Most games I see CPU utilisation at under 25% at 4K
