It can be difficult to get definitive advice on the general internet, so I wanted to ask here.
My cpu is currently running in stock speed. I believe that I can enable turbo boost in the BIOS & that this is not considered overclocking? If I were to mildly overclock, I should then disable turbo boost?
The cpu is air cooled with a regular sized NH-U9S, so not intended for serious overclocking.
