Intel Virtu or Main GFX card

I'm getting a z77 motherboard and a gtx680.

Should I run the graphics through the intel port off the mb with all the virtu or straight off the 680?

On my 2500K I didn't but some MOBOs are fussy, so it wouldn't hurt to disable it.

ok and one more question, does the 680 have in built sound if you run it from a hdmi cable into monitor with built in speakers?

Yes. But depending on the monitor the speakers on those are usually crap. If it's a TV then it's fine.

will be using the new dell s2340t touchscreen. Most of the time i use headphones and this has a headphone/mic socket on the monitor.
