Intel X25 Value 40gb

Here us my one with Win7 installed, take note of the 4k rates as that is where they come into there own as boot drives as thats the size windows plays about with.

Added this to show the 4K difference between my samsung F1 drive and even a cheap SSD, it will comfortable whoop ur raptor where it matters, in the 4k's and access time too.

This one would probably be better to get but it is double the price, so if u where to carry on saving, the one below is what id suggest.

im currently running the Intel X25-V 40GB, and a 300GB Velicoraptor

i did a quick test using sandra.

the SSD gets a score about 170mb/s, the rapator 103mb/s

the access time scores for the SSD are also considerable higher.

realtime performance between the 2 drives is also very noticable, a lot more so than between my raptor and 1tb samsung
