I've figured out the first one, but have no idea on the second one.

First one is TCP/IP, 2nd one is probably something to do with google earth, but i cant be bothered to download it.

the 2nd one's to do with the link it sends you to, and from 1st look the performance graphs half way down

at a guess on the 3rd:
ecc200 is a barcode format

the image -> barcode (somehow)
numbers from barcode -> letters in ascii

Its something to do with how ascii relates to ECC200, but all the numbers I can find regarding how many charecters ECC200 can store, or how many it can use up to don't work
