Interactive Map

Is there anywhere (free or paid) you can get those interactive maps of counties in the UK? Namely Kent. The types that allow you to click on the different areas (Canterbury, Dover, Gravesend - that kind of level).

Would Google maps not be suitable? You can create your own map with it's own markers and text.

The map would need to link to different areas of the website, i.e. there is an area for each region of Kent.

Just get an image of Kent with counties and turn it into an image map.

this. You could find a map and trace it in PS or Illustrator to make a cleaner version of it - if you're worried about having roads etc ruining it.
