Interesting Way to hold up a bookies!

Poor bugger will probably get 10 years for armed robbery and then get put on the sex offenders register :D
 
lol. but i dont really understand why you get 5 years for robbing a bookies/bank or business but someone can rob your house and only get a caution :confused:

How about if someone came into your house and pretended they had a gun, would they get 5 years then?

Robbing 'tooled' up would automatically warrant a longer sentence than merely breaking and entering.
