i've used them loads and the flowers were always great..... no complaints here.

Just wanted to add I would never even think of writing a flower review lol.

Ive used them on the odd occasion, always been supprised at how good they are, albeit expensive.

But as said, interflora simply send the order through to a local florist, who is signed up with them so quality may vary.


That said, if I were a florist, I would be keen to keep my 'contract' with interflora, and for that reason the standard generally seems high.

I've used them a few times - had no problem whatsoever - much better than taking flowers off a grave or war memorial on valentines day.

I don't leave feedback unless it's negative.

I used Interflora over Valentines day.

I changed the delivery address 7 days before delivery, but they still got delivered to the original address and so missed Valentines day delivery.

They refunded me 50%, sent out fresh flowers, added baloons and chocolates to the flowers I was sending and they arrived on the 15th Feb.

All the other times I have used then (many) they have been spot on.

Interflora are only as good as the florists they use to deliver. I always find I get much better value for money finding a florist locally and buying direct.

Seriously? You are already complaining about them before they've even carried out their service? Get a grip. There's a reason they are the World's number 1 flower delivery service. They wouldn't be if they were terrible. Like ANY company, things will go wrong from time to time. I've used them multiple times and never had a problem.

Also, people generally review things when they are bad rather than good/acceptable.

I thought Interflora was one of those things for old people and before the Internet worked - googling 'Town florist' has always produced excellent results whether trans-Atlantic, Australia or within the UK especially if you take the effort to call the florist
and speak to them about your needs.

Always use Interflora, and when I have tried other companies the quality and experience has been poor.

The look on a womans face when a black Interflora van pulls up is part of the excitement.
