interlaced lines in movie maker?

Im sure i didnt used to get these before, but whatever i save my video as.. be it DV-AVI or WMV i still get the damn lines?

how is it happening?, how do i get rid of it. is it something i installed? codecs?

it looks ok in the preview of movie maker, but when i save the video and view it i get the lines.

any help appreciated

got footage from old cam, and newer one on it. but had the interlacing problem with some vid clips anyway.

you can use virtualdub to de-interlace, blends the fields together so looks good again
