You need to check in 5 days and chase if it is not off as previously i have know people to have requested it to turned off and the order went complete in BT but the interleaving was not actually changed and the ISP had to raise a fault to get it done properly.
So if it is not off by Wednesday next week you need to call your ISP get them to confirm if the order has gne complete in BT systems and if it has then reboot your router check the line status and if still showing as interleaved then ask your ISP to raise a fault with BT for it.
