Internal door hinge replacement...

Can I replace this hinge:

I ask because I see that my hinge has a space where it closes into itself and the amazon one dosent. Maybe theres different hinge types im not aware of or something.

The hinge I want to replace is a bathroom one that's gotten rusty.

Looks like it would be a tight fit. You might get away with it if the door doesnt fit right in the first place but the hinges that you linked to on amazon are supposed to be fitted flush in the door. When hanging a door you chisel it out and fit them in

That is a heavy duty butt hinge and would need to be chopped into both the casing and the door, or you will end up with a big gap on the hinge side.

You could just buy another flush hinge to do a straight swap.

Think its rust proof? It says 304D on it which might refer to the type of stainless steel, apparently 304 is corrosion resistant.

Interior doors usually use a 75mm hinge. The 100mm one you have linked might be ok though, you'd have to measure the rebate. There is another 100mm stainless flush hinge on amazon for £2.99 with free delivery and they have included some pics with a ruler next to it to get an idea of the size: http://www.amazon.co.uk/54610940-Quality-Stainless-Hinges-Bearings/dp/B00TUE6CRW

I looked for a 75mm stainless hinge but couldn't see any. If you just go for a normal steel or brass flush hinge you might find one that's the exact match of your current ones so you can put the screws back into the same holes.
