Looks like it would be a tight fit. You might get away with it if the door doesnt fit right in the first place but the hinges that you linked to on amazon are supposed to be fitted flush in the door. When hanging a door you chisel it out and fit them in
 
That is a heavy duty butt hinge and would need to be chopped into both the casing and the door, or you will end up with a big gap on the hinge side.

You could just buy another flush hinge to do a straight swap.
 
Interior doors usually use a 75mm hinge. The 100mm one you have linked might be ok though, you'd have to measure the rebate. I looked for a 75mm stainless hinge but couldn't see any. If you just go for a normal steel or brass flush hinge you might find one that's the exact match of your current ones so you can put the screws back into the same holes.
