Hey all,

I have a Geiger Counter 7200.10. Even though i've only had it a very short time its already driving me up the wall. The drive is silent when not accessing (suspended by elastic) but when it does access it's ridiculously loud.

Question is, would a hard drive enclosure help this at all? Anyone with first hand experience? I was looking at possibly a Nexus Drive-A-Way but if these enclosures are no good i'd rather not throw 40 quid away!

Your advice/suggestions/comments?

a few peeps have said enclosures have helped with their raptor noises and i used one a long time ago and as long as they have good thermal dynamics then there should be no problem
