For the first pass it will probably be below the horizon for you up North :)

No the time you posted there is the time of the second pass of the ISS..

There will be a very small ammount of time from N to S matter of seconds really so the times posted will be the times you see regardless where you are iirc.

Oh! that is the only time posted though according to the webby :confused: so the time of the op is the first pass??

Yes you only get this sighting tonight

06 Aug (star chart) -2.2 22:57:54 10 WSW 23:00:43 52 S 23:01:50 31 ESE

As said, in this case the first UK sighting in the OP will be too low for Leeds residents.
 
Should be OK here. I may have to use the skylights in the attic though because that means I can rest my binocs. on the frame to give a steady view.
