Internet bandwidth monitor

Hi just wondered if any uses any internet bandwidth monitoring software, want to see how much I use on an average month. I am currently using DU meter which is good but only lasts for a month before you have to buy it and I want a freeware one. I remember trying bandwidth monitor pro before but it also monitored network traffic as well as internet traffic so did not give an accurate reading. Anyone have any suggestions?

NetMeter - from http://readerror.gmxhome.de/ - is great for me. You can choose which network interface it monitors if that's what you want.

If your router does SNMP, there's PRTG et al.

Thanks PinkPig will try it in a minute. Does anyone know if the Linksys WAG54G v2 does SNMP?

Edit : does Netmeter monitor Network activity such as transferring files via the network as well?

Pink Pig Netmeter is quite good but it loses the totals wen it is closed so this happens every time I turn my pc off, any other suggestions?

You could always run WRTbwlog on your Linksys. Gives all the basic stats you require, and does it all on your router - accessible via a webpage
