Internet Drop Out

Hi Guys

I am starting to have major issues with my network.

I have a Connexant 4-Port router and a Linksys WAP54G.

I have 6-PCs connected to the network, 2 of them via the wireless access point.

And for the last four days my whole network has been suffering drop-outs of about 30 - 120 Seconds. The connections to the devices (router/access point) stay connected, but sometimes we cannot even find the shared areas on our PCs, so I am starting to think that this is my router, rather than my ISP.

Can any of you guys give me some suggestions.

The router is about 4 1/2 Years old and the access point about 2 1/2 years old.

Thanks in advance, this is really started to bug me as it makes it difficult for me to send email, and I work remotely using a Citrix gateway and sometimes loose my work.

Also, my sisters PC, and my step-dads machine were given the same IP Address yesterday (10.0.0.11).

Thanks in advance.

EDIT...

Tonight it dropped out at the following times:

17:30
17:35
18:50
19:10
19:13
19:16
19:51
19:56
19:57

We have also just reduced our internet package (not happy). From Unlimted to a 30Gb Per Month Cap.
