Internet Explorer not showing webpages correct

Can any one help me solve this problem as you can see from the pictures below Internet Explorer will not show webpages correct but firefox does. I've unistalled I.E and reiunstalled version 7 but nothing changes.

Any suggestions?

would help if you showed the same page, plus what the hell is with all the blue?? you sure whatever is doing that is not your problem.

ah ignore me for some reason i thought you had put 2 pictures 1 in FF and one in IE

so what is that blue crud, I mean ocuk isnt blue by defult sounds like there some kind of weird CSS file or something hanging in you install.

When Installing I.E 7 it installs fine and gets all the updates as well.

you need someone with an IE7 install to tell you what the default files are there is something wrong with your install. Im guessing there is a random file hiding somewhere that isnt needed. have you tried uninstalling ie7 then deleting any files left in its install directory then reinstalling.
