hi there, I haven't managed to put my finger on this yet...but say if I go on a forum , all the posts will be out of date until I refresh the page. if this makes sense lol.....its starting to do my nut in.....its as if its a cache problem and stores old values but doesn't update it when I first go back to a site.....

anyone?

must be a setting somewhere
have you tried resetting back to default settings?.

cue the use chrome or FF posts soon lol

Use Chrome or Firefox, install Adblock Plus.

Then wonder how you lived without it!

You can actually use Adblock Plus or TPL's on IE.

I have to use IE for some things but I don't mind it - IE11 is fine IMHO.
