internet issues

My broadband died about 30 mins ago, reset router, reset pc. Phone worls ok.

However, even connecting via mobile through 3G is struggling, took me 4 goes to get on here and type this. Gmail won't update via 3g either.

Anyway I can check if its a local issue or a in house issue?

Need to get on asap as I've files I need to get to work!

May seem simple but ask your neighbors had a similar problem a few months ago whole street was down while they did some work and forgot to tell anyone.

But on Friday, builders managed to cut through the fibre link to this building, fixed by Saturday morning - and they've done the same AGAIN yesterday

I'm using connection via 3G now on the phone but cuts off everytime it switched between EDGE and 3G, very very annoying. They've apparently got an engineer on site now who's fixing it ... lets see !
