Internet on my Mac is fine but PC just doesn't want to work

I've just been trying to get the internet working on my pc, it was working fine this morning but now its running at like 20kb/s where as if I use it on the Mac it is running at full speed, I can't see the reason for this, both use the same net connection connected to a belkin 7633 router, the pc uses ethernet and the mac is wireless.

Any ideas?

Seem to have sorted it now, just pulled a load of wires out and put them back in lol

I don't understand what's going on here because it's doing it again, one way I found to fix t was to turn my computer off at the mains and then turn it back on but it hasn't worked this time, does anyone know what the problem could be?

Sorry to bring this up again guys but the problem has come back so my conclusion of a dodgy cable has just been blown out the window, the connection is even slow when transferring from the PC to my Xbox but the wireless on my Mac is fine and it's running off the same router, anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?
