The digital radio signal for planet rock where I live has been switched off, I was using a pure DAB receiver that feeds my hi-fi via phone leads it cost about £30 and has been flawless but now I can't listen to the one station I bought it for!

What I am hoping to find is a similar box that can feed my hifi but that streams it over Wi-Fi instead but I'm having no luck finding such a thing.

Anyone know of a product that will do what I want?

re-task an older smartish phone or a tablet with a reasonable quality analog/headphone output stage - and just point the media player at the internet stream for planet rock (the nokia n8 I have would do that) .
The higher quality solution would be a dedicated usb dac on your computer or appropriate tablet.

planet rock only seems to 44kb/s aac or 112 mp3 online so not very good quality versus say radio caroline 320kb mp3 with similar content ?
