Internet running slow on one PC

That didn't take as long as I thought it would! Still need to setup Visual Studio + Code tomorrow.

While I'm on, I was just about to install the CCCP codec pack that comes with Media Player Classic, but I see it hasn't been updated for 5 years. Is this still a thing people use? haha. What codec packages do people use these days?

Oh, and the issue is fixed now! The PC is so much faster now it's crazy!

Old windows installs with old drivers tend to be a lot slower even on the same hardware as a new install with the latest drivers from the manufacturers.
