Internet Usage statistics?

Hello,
Been trying to search for some reliable statistics about the % of houses online (or people with access etc) today and 5-10 years ago, can't find anything. Don't suppose anyone knows where i can find such information?

I recently used this book called, "The Internet and Society" for a research paper that I had to write and it had figures from the National Statistics Omnibus Survey in there about Internet usage statistics.... That could be a starting point.
