Internet works with Vista but not with XP

As the title suggests. No problems with internet connection when on Vista partition but on the xp it doesn't work. Even when all the settings are fine (On uni campus so settings must be precise) I can't see it being a hardware problem as it used to be fine when XP was the only OS before I got Vista but now it doesn't work at all even when XP is the only OS. Could this be a driver problem???

You need to install the correct XP drivers for your board/card.

Yeh it auto works for me in vista but doesnt on xp i need to install my ethenet drivers
