Interpreting SSD Smart data

I have these values on my Intel 760p

Available spare 100%
- Available spare threshold 12%
- Percentage used 3%
- Data units read 23,905,753 [12.2 TB]
- Data units written 19,285,739 [9.87 TB]

What is the percentage used referring to? Is it going to stop working once it reaches 12%?

If the available spare percentage is 100 and the threshold is 12, you have 88% before it becomes an issue. As to the 3% I am guessing you have you used 3% of the drives total capacity?
