Interview attire?

Hey guys,

Quick question what would you wear for an interview at a creative (web/digital marketing) company?

I’ve researched the company and they seem to be a relaxed office in jeans an t shirts, I was going to wear a suit and tie but the GF said that’s overkill and suggested smart jeans, white shirt, blazer and brown shoes?

There seems to be so much different info out there it’s confusing.

My last interview 5 years ago I wore a suit.

I know there’s a careers forum but posted here as was looking for some quick replies.

Well I opted for the dark jeans, shirt, blazer and brown shoes.

Fredback from the recruiter was that they loved me and thought I’d be a perfect fit for the company.

Now to nail the project they want me to do.
