Good luck to both of you. I had an interview last week and got the job, technical manager running an intelligence team for a firm of solicitors dealing with fraud. Hope you both do well.
Aside from the obvious questions about your I.T knowledge, be prepared for some "Where do you want to be in 3, 5 and 7 years time?" type questions.
Not sure if these might apply but also watch out for:-
1. Why do you want the job?
2. What can you bring to the company if we hire you?
3. What do you feel are your best and worst skills?
Also, if the company has a website, do some research - find out what it is you'd be doing and ring up ahead of time to get the name(s) of the people doing the interview and what their roles are in the company - it won't help you in the interview much but word will get round that you are thorough in your research.
I hate interviews, its one of the things that really stresses me. doesnt matter how many i have, i have a mild panic attack a day or 2 before (sometimes on the day!).
Also, try and come up with some decent questions to ask them, helps to show more of an interest in the job and generally seems to go down well with interviewers. In this case ask things along the lines of which operating system/s they are supporting, number of users/machines supported and maybe some basic questions about their network.
