I am applying for an internal senior support role where I will be deputising for the current team leader.
What kind of competency questions do you think will be presented in relation to 1st and 2nd line support? In addition what type of soft skills questions could pop up?
If I be honest Im a little more concerned about the soft skills questions i.e. dealing with conflicts between members of the team.
Any pointers anyone? Sorry about the vagueish questions, let me know if more info required and Ill do what I can
