I am not looking for answers but if you wish to provide some, go ahead. The job is some sort of marketing intern/trainee consultant.

1) If you have not told us already, explain why you think you we should hire you? (use a minimum of 50 words to answer this question)

And

2) What would it cost you to come home from work every day knowing that you had spent every moment trying to be the best that you could possibly be that day? (use a minimum of 50 words to answer this question)

3) What would you need to change about yourself first before you could believe that it is better to sacrifice short term profit for a much larger and longer lasting long term profit? (use a minimum of 50 words to answer this question)

4) If you knew that no physical or mental harm whatsoever could happen to you, what would you say if you were stood up in front of the executive board of RBS right now? (use a minimum of 50 words to answer this question)

5) Knowing that there are always ways that every single one of us can improve every day (including us!), what 5 habits would you change in order for you to always leave things better than you found them? (use a minimum of 50 words to answer this question

Anyone completed something like this before?

Obviously they are looking for exciting/dynamic ideas but i'm wondering how far it should be pushed - how daring and witty the answers should be.

Made me lol! the RBS executive board will beat the hell out of you if you stand up to them :P
