Hmmm black 'n' white so I guess we are talking in their 30s...also I can't help but think stick a pair of specs on there and you got the milky bar kid, but everyones open to their own interpretation.

Gah a photo like that looks a lot older than 30 years ago. We did have colour film in 1976 you know, hell we even had polaroids.

I'd put that at mid 1960's or earlier.
